HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the products you like in the catalog.

2. Go to the feedback form, in it you will be asked to specify contact details and place an order with the delivery method, or call the phone number listed in the contacts.

3. The minimum order quantity of live feed is 20 kg, dry 10 kg, frozen 30 kg.

4. At self-delivery from a warehouse the minimum lot of 1 kg.

5. When ordering less than the minimum volume conditions are negotiated individually.

PAYMENT FOR GOODS

1. You can pay in cash or by Bank transfer.

2. Payment is accepted from both individuals and legal entities.

GOODS DELIVERY

1. The order is sent within 3 working days after receipt of payment.

2. Delivery to the transport company is free.

3. Delivery in Russia is carried out by air and railway transport, as well as transport companies at the request of the customer.

4. Delivery to China and the USA only by air.

5. Shipping to Europe by road and public transport companies.
